The Challenge

KPMG is one of the leading firm in Hungary providing audit, tax and advisory services. It is important for them to connect with the hard working university students and young professionals who show interest in the advisory field. As a BIG4 company, their aim is to attract and get in contact with theese talented people.

KPMG Next Gen | Come and join the big game!

In 2020 december, we launched KPMG Next Gen in a storygame format, where participants could learn more about the life and challenges of the KPMG employees. Firstly, they got questions generally about the company, and later they had the option to choose from 4 fields within KPMG of which they are mostly interested in. These fields were: business advisory, tax and legal advisory, audit, and Global Services, the management advisory department in Budapest. The players who subsribed at the end of the game, participated in a prize game where we gave out valueable prizes. 

KPMG Audit Unlocked | Welcome to the world of KPMG Audit!

In the spring of 2021 we continued the previous game, this time only concentrating on the auditory career path. The storygame was built of rather professional questions and situations. We promoted the game as an online career event that introduces the player to the life of an auditor and improves skills in this field. Besides the usual prize game, in Audit Unlocked the sucessful participants won a job interview at KPMG junior auditor position.
